Dear Uncle Stan - the very last one of your own Bailey family - it’s sad to lose you. I’ve had many questions about Salford I wanted to ask you recently too.....


I will miss our regular communication as you loved sending silly jokes. The internet has been wonderful for that.  In recent years its been great to visit following our foreign travels back to the Isle of Man - interesting times spent chatting, laughing and looking at old photos which you kindly shared.  You cared enough to invite other family members to meet us - and because of you I’ve reconnected with Ken and met Kathryn and Lorraine for the first time ever.  I treasure that kind gesture.  Auntie Pat as always catering for us all so kindly. I thoroughly enjoyed those times. 

I’m sorry not to have said goodbye to you and also not to be able to offer any support to Auntie Pat - she deserves more than can be done in these difficult times. 


Look after your sister and brothers up there - I know from our conversations that they meant so much to you. ❤️
